Communication
The current NI Talent Development Pathway Squad has been collated based on attendance at training over the past 6 months.
The NI Talent Development Pathway Lead Coach will send a ‘calling notice’ to the individual squad players, inviting them to a monthly squad session.
Club coaches will be notified of the players selected from their clubs.
A new calling notice will be sent for each session, with players added or removed.
If a player cannot make the session, they should reply in writing to the NITD Pathway Lead, and Pathway Director.
If a player or players have not been selected and wish to make a case to be included in future sessions, the correct protocol is to contact their Club Coach, who will then contact the Lead Pathway Coach and Pathway Director to discuss.
