Triangle Judo Club is part of Kaigan Community Interest Company.  We develop skills for life through judo training for young people age six and above. In addition to this judo is an Olympic sport which provides the opportunity to test skills in judo competitions. Judo is a weight category sport which is equally beneficial to girls as well as boys. The rules have been adapted in order to allow children to take part safely in this amazing sport and martial art.
