The Northern Ireland Judo Federation is inviting you to get on the mat and try Judo at one of our participating clubs, to see the difference it can make to you!

Join us on the mats for a free trial

We believe health and well-being is something that should be looked after all year round, so with summer ending, now is the perfect time to try something new and you can for FREE!

So from the 9th to the 15th September we’re opening the doors to the clubs below, for you to get a free session and see what Judo is about. *

You just need to be over the age of 18 (or 14 at Campbell College) to join in and men and women are both welcome.

All you need to get started is an old tracksuit with sleeves and take a bottle of water with you.

Full information is available from the coaches below:
*Please check each listing in case of changes
