We’re delighted to announce that QuoPro Recruitment will be sponsoring our new Pathway Squad initiative for the Judo players aged 11-15.
The Pathway Squad will allow for coaching in a separate venue, with a focus on Judo progression and cross training with other clubs and their members.
All with a view to developing the Federation’s young Judoka for a chance at International Representation, The Commonwealth Games or the Olympics!
Full details on the Pathway Squads will be released soon but we’re very much looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the young talent in Northern Ireland.
Gerard Marley, Managing Director from QuoPro Recruitment said:
“At QuoPro we don’t just want our youth to succeed professionally, we want them to prosper in any environment they engage in, and sport plays a huge part in that.
Adopting skills and disciplines outside of the academic sphere is key to growth and we’re more than pleased to play a role in that with the Northern Ireland Judo Federation.”
Mark Donald, from Northern Ireland Judo added:
“Judo, like life, offers a pathway of development and we’re here to help our younger members start this journey on the right foot.
Working with QuoPro was a natural fit as they have the ethos of developing people like we do. We’re delighted that they have chosen to support us and we look forward to the events unfolding with the Pathway Squads.”
